Five minutes above the beach, ten from the station
Ledbury Square sits on the hill in Kemptown, east of the Pavilion and just back from the seafront. Look for the viridian front door; there is no sign, which the postman has forgiven us for.

Check in from 3pm, checkout by 11am, or 1pm on Sundays when booked direct. Someone is at the desk until 10pm; night owls get a code and a torch.
Getting here
By train
Direct trains from London Victoria and London Bridge reach Brighton in about an hour. From the station it is a ten minute taxi, or a downhill twenty minute walk through the Lanes.
By car
Sat nav to BN2 1AA. We hold a small number of parking permits for the square at 15 pounds a night; book one ahead, as there are only four.
On foot
From the Palace Pier walk east along Marine Parade for ten minutes, then two streets up the hill. The sea stays on your right the whole way.
